Customer service ROCKED! While I was angry I had to go back because they forgot my daughter's sundae from my mobile order, the gentleman at the drive through was very accommodating and sincerely apologetic. He offered another I've cream for my inconvenience. Usually workers don't care, nonchalantly apologize and don't really care.
