That was, hands down, the best Chinese food I ever had. I went to the Ephrata, PA location while out of town, and I wasn't disappointed... The shrimp ice roll contained numerous, whole shrimps; the wine-ice soup was tasty and satisfying; the fried dumplings, even if again warmed days later, were simply delicious, and the chicken and pig my was good portion and filling.
