the only reason to come here is the more likely not the food that is subpar and definitiw not worthy of the more. they stopped the BBQ elements that.

love this place! in an area that is all breweries, this is a great change of tempos. Eating is good, love the seasonal rotation beer/chid fusions the back.

this is a great bar to drink quickly or hang with the crew for a casual, cool mood. the personal was friendly and gave great suggestions.

"Still one of the best restaurants in Colorado. The views are outstanding. We arrived early enough to have the sun set during our time there. The food, as always, is outstanding. We left so full. The best aspect of the Flagstaff House is the service. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the menu was custom printed with the celebrant's name and date on it. The server then offered to have the menu placed in our car so we would not forget it. The overall service from arrival to departure was top notch. This is a large reason why we visit the Flagstaff House for those special occasions. You do feel like royalty"

"Best cake ever! All of their flavors are delicious and the cakes are super moist. I don't like cake from anywhere else because the frosting is too rich but this place has the perfect balance of cake and frosting. I won't go anywhere else!"

"This place exceeded expectations! Not your typical bar menu! Was in CO from VA, somehow just through. The atmosphere was modern and sporty. The table had the Guac with shrimps, salad, dijon chicken sandwich and the big slamburger. The tuna salad was amazing. Guac was delicious. I didn't try the other two things, but one has cleared the plate and the other has been taken home in a doggy bag. Definitely recommend a stop here."
