Moe's Southwest Grill - Erie

My wife and I love this moe. and always order the same thing and usually sit at the same place. excellent eating, friendly and efficient staff. I've never been disappointed. on this special day our casser was a fine young man named jesse I hope I spell the name correctly young man) . we sat and enjoyed our wonderful food prepared by professional staff, and rose up and went. and my wallet fell out of my pocket with 300.00$. this young man jesse found my wallet. they win it to his manager with all my money and credit cards. I hope they get an increase and employee of the month. they are a great asset for moe’s on pittsburgh ave. thank you, young man, I wish I had given you more.

The personal here in erie pa on the west 12th street and so professional and there is the customer service before location from the moment when I went to the time when I went. they go beyond and beyond to make the customer a great experience and how the dings are today is the service I industry is really fighting. the manager personally asks how my visit is going. I am entrepreneur and would be proud of this team. kaleb went out of that and made sure that my eating was fresh and he was very friendly. they were very clean, even according to my OCD standards. great job boy! thank you!

From the date of this review, the personal is all business. this is of course good, as the orders are always accurate, fast, taking it to the point, and they are in, through the line, and sitting or out of the door in less than ten (depending on line) would like to see an emotive experience, but the same is a perfect service. the selection is always great here. it is really a better chipotle and the queso is to die, boot free chips.

Absolutely loved the service and eat. all tasted fresh. was very satisfied. in any case will be back.
