Birria tacos are Originally dipped in the birrias grease, put onto a flat top to make the tortillas a little crunchy and the meat is still very juicy. I've never been to a birrieria where they deep fry their tacos like rolled tacos. This was Not authentic at all. they order the birria plate for 14$ it doesn't come with bon and rice? that's a sweat I'd rather not even be cunning from me to donate panchos deuces!
