What Michelle M likes about Starbucks:
I love this Starbucks! I don't understand the terrible reviews, but they aren't recent so who cares. The ladies that work there have always been friendly even when they are working by themselves and have a long line to deal with. I often order a chai or vanilla latte and my drink is perfect every time. It's in a Vons, but beats waiting forever in a drive thru line. View all feedback.

I placed an order online I ordered 4 drinks as soon as I placed the order I called the store to ask if I could add extra caramel pumps and The person who answered (female) was very rude and of course said no. she said that she did not understand my question. I found a bug in my coffee after finishing it. That, and it was lukewarm when i received it.This is unbelievable.

Starbucks just happends to be in Vons. I prefer mom and pop coffee shops.

"Wont accept cash and the owner has an absolutely bizarre reason why. Meat quality has also gone down and the store is verrry dirty and dusty, especially the ceiling. Used to love these guys and been coming for 20 years since the San Marcos location. Clean the shop and let us pay in cash."

"The Taro is by far the best tea Ive ever had. I usually dislike tea but I absolutely love how sweet and yummy the taro milk tea is! The strawberry slush was surprisingly good too. Ding Teas service is always fast and amazing!"
