What Shiv D doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
Unacceptable, we arrive at the restaurant and are told we need 80% of our party. Five minutes later everyone has arrived. They tell us to wait for 40 minutes, which we bear by and pass through, by the time the 40 minutes pass we are ready to go, we are starving and we ask for our table which the manager and the waiters are telling us is being made. Party of 7 (call ahead) dinner, Everyone was really happy with their food. The server was really nice too!The menu is HUGE, so much to choose from!
Amazing bartender and good food I got the lunch picatta and my boyfriend got the Louisiana chicken, for appetizer we got the street corn which is amazing! Great experience I will be back.
Ordered online for pickup and waited for 25 minutes in a ridiculous line to pickup my order! The pickup line was same line for server dessert pickup and walkin dessert orders. I went to the desk for dining in and was ignored by 3 different people and then finally some asked if I needed help. I was ultimately told to wait in line. So far below my expectations of Cheesecake Factory service, I am baffled!! Also, staff need training on acknowledging customers. They seemed to assume I had been helped or they just did not want to or did not know how to be proactive and ask if I had been helped OR just acknowledge me and say I will be with you in a moment.Oh my goodness. After waiting ...my order that should have been ready at 4pm was still not ready at 440pm. Crazy!!I asked to speak with a manager and was told that she was helping get orders BUT there was only one young lady that I ever saw getting orders in the 30+ minutes I was waiting.
The food was really good. They were super busy, so the service suffered a little, but our server was still pretty attentive.
