"A few days ago I had the pleasure of dining at Taj Grace Of India and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Let me share with you the highlights of my unforgettable experience.As we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff alongside the warm and inviting atmosphere. The beautiful interior , with the taj mahal wall art, and tasteful music, set the stage for an evening of refined indulgence. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate through their service, we had a lovely conversation with the owner who helped us pick out the best dishes according to what we like or what we look forward to in a dish.Let's talk about the star of the show – the food! Every dish that graced our table was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors that danced on my taste buds. The menu offered an impressive array of culinary delights, each one thoughtfully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you have a preference for mild, medium, hot spices, or something in between, Taj Grace has something to satisfy every palate through preferred spices.One standout dish that still lingers in my memory is the Prawn curry. The combination of delicate textures and bold flavors was a revelation, we got the garlic and butter naans which were fresh out of the tandoor oven, hot and fluffy, it was without a doubt, the best naan’s we had ever had.It is clear that the chef and their expertise shine through in every dish. They have truly mastered the art of culinary innovation, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary techniques to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.The ambiance of Taj Grace of India was comforting and warm. "What an absolute nightmare of a time. Several of my girlfriends went for their 80/90's dance....it was a joke. From the moment we walked in and try to have someone greet us at the door. The usual bar tender Nicole wasn't working. someone horrible who we are pretty sure did not have her smart serve Melissa was the bar tender for the night. She messed up our drink orders right off the get go. (insert huge eye roll Then we wanted to ordered some food, while I was waiting my turn to place an order. The older man (Bob? comes out from the kitchen and says NO more F ing salads...seriously. I was standing there. Melissa never said a word. Not to him or anyone standing at the bar. We never did end up placing a food order as we were scared it would have been spat in or dropped on the floor. Whatever horrible experience. If it hadn't been for Steve (fantastic DJ we would have left and gone downtown Barrie to The Queens to dance. At least we would have had a better licenced serve and able to order food. If you go, think again. As I truly hope you don't have the same experience. Oh and it looks like now the restaurant is closed. Interesting, as I know the owner was now trying to sell it. But he took it off the market. Guess the constant complaints finally had to close down."

"Got turned and was told an old stain on my sweeter was so bad they couldn’t let me in. Make sure your clothes are brand new never worn before getting in line. It’s a country bar, but apparently country guys can’t go. Drove an hour and a half for this disappointment. Service: 1"
