Liba's Bar & Grill Inc - Etobicoke

I highly recommend trying the authentic schnitzel and parmesan chicken at this restaurant. The breading on the pork and chicken schnitzel is light and not at all greasy. The portions are generous as well.

I visited Toronto from Collingwood and decided to try out this restaurant. Wow, what an amazing meal! It tasted just like homemade food, so delicious and comforting. Every bite was enjoyed and savored. I highly recommend trying it out! I will definitely be going back. The service was also fantastic, which is very important to me and my family.

I have been living in Etobicoke for over 20 years and just recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant. I tried a few dishes, including the pizza schnitzel, which was the largest sandwich I have ever consumed. I managed to finish the whole thing, and it was absolutely delicious - enjoyed every bite. Kudos to the exceptional chef. The staff member who took my order was lovely, and the cozy atmosphere felt like home. I will definitely be coming back regularly for fantastic family dining. Ordered the chicken schnitzel for myself and Italian for my guys and we were not disappointed. Only wishing I would have snapped a pic. Ample meat, delicious breading and fresh bread. We tried the brownie today and all I can say, is I wish I had ordered more. Probably the best brownie I have ever tasted. This wasn’t my first order and won’t be the last.

Ok I have tried 3 different online recipes for dill sauce trying to replicate the one at V's and apparently it can't be done. It's delicious so get plenty of it when you order. We had the Diablo schnitzel sandwich, the German schnitzel sandwich, the fish and chips, and the fried cheese. The fried cheese is tasty, but now that I've tried it, I think it's best I leave it at that. Everything was delicious but the Diablo schnitzel sandwich is the best of what we had. The dill sauce magically balances out the heat from the jalapeños, making the sandwich not that spicy (in a good way . You would never think those flavours go so well together. The service was great and the food was ready very quickly even though it was all made to order. We can't wait to revisit however during COVID even when restaurants were open to indoor dining, this place did only take-out (staffing shortage? and when we tried ordering takeout they said there are too many orders already so they can't take ours. We walked away disappointed but I still give this place 5 stars because the food is JUST THAT GOOD. We will definitely order ahead next time, soon.
