"Drove all the way from Oakville to Tom’s Dairy Freeze only for the girl up front to say that they only accept cash. We went to their ATM and they had a huge error sign on it saying the machine is down and not working. I went back and politely explained to the girl that we drove over 30 minutes to come down here and she was not able to help us at all! Told us to go to look for another ATM machine. We got frustrated and so disappointed and left. It’s 2023 what kind of place only accepts cash? It was so inconvenient and the fact that we drove all this way just for you to not help or accommodate was extremely disappointing. You have definitely lost some customers"

"So never quite sure when they are open lately , guess they are filming a movie in there some days .... so business hours are not reliable right now... call before you go Food is great though , excellent salad and dill dressing, fried potatoes are excellent and so is the fried cheese. My husband and I got take out and ordered the plater that includes fried mushrooms, cheese and wiener schnitzel plus pitied and salad Wanted to try Hungarian goulash but all out that day, will definitely go back and try more stuff when filming is complete"
