We came to Eugene area to visit our family. Hyatt hotel is located very centrally. It was our first visit at this location. Felt very secured. Secured covered garage parking. Outstanding bedding, mattress, pillows, and amazing view of the Coburg Hills. Staff was extremely helpful and gracious. The room was a good to us and it was reserved online. When we arrived, they wouldn't give us a key because we didn't have the actual card the room was reserved under. That became a problem that was finally resolved by the person who gave us the gift having to drive to the hotel to present a card. It... View all feedback.
Nice clean hotel. Front desk attendants were very friendly. Bartender could be a bit more friendly and provide better service, but maybe she just had a bad day....
