"Just ordered from here, I've read all the incredible reviews and have been hearing about it for a year, so I was super excited to try it. My curry rice is flavorless, the chicken is dry and way overcooked. I ordered my bfs noodles spicy, but that's literally the only flavor on it. I'm confused and extremely disappointed. Only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the noodles are okay in texture and the sesame balls were alright. Not great, jus alright. Forty bucks for some severe dissatisfaction.Edit: Changed my review to one star because we literally couldn't finish anything it was so bad."

"If you like cookies you'll love crumbl. They have four special cookies that change out weekly. And then they have two to four cookies that are always on the menu. The cookies are really big so my friends and I always end up splitting them by cutting themin for. Recently I discovered they even have a four-way cutter that you can buy at the store. That's exciting"

"Disappointed.... I went in there WANTING to like this place, and expecting it to be great! The line was SUPER long, so I figured the desserts must be really good, but I wasn 't impressed. Service was fast and friendly, but I was expecting the best desserts in town... I had a cannoli...Not sweet enough, seemed to be defrosted recently, and just not even close to a GOOD cannoli.. I also had 2 chocolate candies 1.50 each! . I had a strawberry basil and a lavendar milk chocolate.. I think Lindt makes better chocolates by a mile. Sorry, Sweet Life, I was simply disappointed. I will try again sometime soon, I hope it 's better :"

"Wonderful waiter, but still long wait time for food. Corn chowder was overly sweet. Duo lamb dish had one lamb chop that was overcooked, pieces of lamb, and mushy vegetables. My wife's salmon was very good. Cookies were good. Did not order dessert as they were all too complex. We have dined here since they opened 25 years ago. Costly for what we received."

"1960 Cocina was a lovely restaurant that I can enthusiastically recommend.The food was fresh and beautifully prepared, including meat from Long's Market. The salsa verde was zesty and well-balanced, with the brightness you would expect from a salsa verde and a smooth, velvety texture. Both of us ordered tacos and gorditas, which clearly were made from scratch (our server/host confirmed that they were).Speaking of our server, he mentioned that he and his family own the restaurant, and that all the food is made according to their family recipes. Furthermore, our server was really kind and warm, and it was clear that he took quiet pride in being able to serve his family's beautiful food.All in all, it was a memorable meal, and we will definitely be back.Parking: It was easy to find parking in the lot by the restaurant."

"Saturday night and was able to get a table quickly. Service was prompt and courteous. So many delicious options on the menu. Tried the fried rice, sweet sour pork, dumplings and spicy shrimp. I have never had such a flavor explosion in my mouth! Truly impressive. Definitely one of the most authentic chinese restaurants I've been to. More people should give this a try. Highly recommend."
