Staff are cordial, friendly and helpful. You have a good selection of hot, cold and mixed drinks and are ready to make your drink exactly as you like it. Steamed, strong, low-fat, more sugar, 1 shot or more, just ask. Jitterbean has a steady flow of customers all day long, but you rarely have to wait long.
