Il prend le temps de la discussion.Nous avons pris le menu homard : les cuissons sont justes et les accompagnements excellents et raffinés (truffes d'été). Le dessert soufflé est léger, nos papilles sont en émoi. Le vin conseillé est parfait (Condrieu).Le chef prend la peine de discuter en fin de service.Cette adresse n'a rien à envier à certains établissements déjà étoilés !"
