"Easy to order over the phone the day before as suggested. A suitably masked delivery man arrived on time. The initial unpacking of the foil dishes, disposable plates and reheating the main dish detracted slightly from the intended ambience. However this arrangement fully complied with...the current national Covid dictats and once served up in nice dishes on our candle lit table with fresh roses from our garden, a different experience began. This was our first foray into this local restaurant and we were delighted with the results. My partner chose the anchovy and cured ham salad whilst I tucked into their carpaccio of fish on a bed of confit de citron. Such an original and simple combination. We both had the excellent stuffed shoulder of lamb served with a mixture of flat "coco "beans as they are called in Prades Market and courgette. We shared the white chocolate and caramel icecream perched on a fine red berry coulis and sunk our teeth into the stylish brandy snap with its blob of dark chocolate. A perfectly balanced meal which lived up to all our expectations"

Il prend le temps de la discussion.Nous avons pris le menu homard : les cuissons sont justes et les accompagnements excellents et raffinés (truffes d'été). Le dessert soufflé est léger, nos papilles sont en émoi. Le vin conseillé est parfait (Condrieu).Le chef prend la peine de discuter en fin de service.Cette adresse n'a rien à envier à certains établissements déjà étoilés !"
