Pretty solid BK. Clean and relatively quick. If you need a manager because you're using the BK app to redeem a coupon it may take you a little while since it seems like the place is a little short staffed but that's to be expected. I went to New BK with high expectations, it w anything but. Long waiting, poor drive thru speaker and poor staff. Our is clear no one knows how to manage the store. No reciept given. Food was still frozen. Trash can top was blown off in way of drive thru line. Told to employee and she said I know View all feedback.
