My order of a medium pizza was cancelled. It turns out that there were no drivers to deliver my order and the store was waiting. In door dash to come and pick it up at some time. There was no notice, no call, no communication to let me know that was the problem. Had I known I could have come and picked it up. Their stuffed crust pizza has bread less than 3 mm thick. We payed $24 for mostly cheese and sauce. This is unacceptable.

UPDATE: So after I wrote this review they immediately replied saying they wanted to hear about my experience and make it right... So I contacted them right back...

"Tubs is of course our fav sub shop. Ask a local Facebook group where to get a tasty sub and youll get hundreds of comments that all say the exact same thing. This is your ticket to heaven. We ordered our favorite subs, but its always a hard decision since everything is delicious. I love the Tuna Roll. The honey wasabi mayo is to die for. I love to ask for extra pickled ginger because it adds the perfect kick of sweet and spicy. The avocado and cucumbers are genius. Tubs please add The Bebop to the menu. My husband says its way too good to make it disappear from the menu like it disappears in his mouth! Can you add the ends and pieces to the takeout menu too?"
