The chef and sommelier are a husband and wife power duo, highly regarded within Portugal and internationally. They’ve earned their reputations. The scallops w puréed green peas was an extraordinary dish. The cheese plate was fantastic and the pear dish inventive and lovely. I have celiac disease and so appreciated the chef coming to the table and asking if I’d like some GF bread. It felt like Christmas morning! Very generous. A very, very special “first night in Portugal” meal. Highly recommend."
