What a waste of a wood fired pizza oven. Crust tastes like a saltine. Please, research a better crust recipe. Sauce and cheese were fine on my margerhita pizza. I guess if this is your only pizza option In excelsior, you’d go here but oof. Lots of room for improvement! read more.
