We waited over an hour for our food and complained 3 times, when it arrived it was inedible. Chips where over cooked as was the sorry looking eggs, my jacket potato was cremated and came with slaw which I asked not to be included. We were so hungry we ate what we could and asked to speak to the manager, alas she couldn't be located, strange that? Other customers near us had waited as long as us and where just as angr...
