service was terrible, we rarely saw our waiters and had to constantly ask other waiters on help. the appetizers were excellent, but the main course remained to be desired. I asked for a medium-heavy crib, and it was so rare that it almost wiped out of the teller I would have sent it back, but I was afraid that I would not see it again for.hours! Since coming to Fairbanks over four years ago my wife and I have been continually disappointed at the bland tasteless food at basically every restaurant...
Really nice steaks, medium rare filet ribeye. Courteous, young staff. Nice Argentinian style sauce on the side for the steak. New menu is coming out...

The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the menu also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes.
