"Such a shame. I was having a lovely meal and an enjoyable evening with my family for my birthday. When we booked the table we were offered either 6.30pm or 8pm. We booked 6.30, We found it very rude of the waiter to bring our bill over at 8pm, when we had only just finished eating and were still had our drinks There was no offer of dessert or coffee, just pay up and get out. "We called in here while we were staying in Southampton, nice restaurant and very busy which is always a good sign, we looked at the menu and decided on the set meal but we had to laugh when the owner told us it was too much food for us both to chose something else, we did chuckle, what we had though was lovely and we would visit again"

"Ordered a simple pizza from just eat.. 2 hours later I’m still waiting. Phoned the restaurant asking for an update and they “cannot help” and told me to phone just eat no offer of assistance or ‘let me look into it’! I mean how hard is it to tell me if a pizza has been cooked and picked up. Wonder how long I’ll need to wait. I’ll keep posting updates. They’ll take your money quick enough. "I come he often for a hot chocolate and the staff are always wonderful today due to the delivery being late they had run out of hot chocolate so I was given a coupon for a free one at a later date,by Gemma who has...always been particularly lovely. All of the staff are friendly often carrying my things to the table as I have a mobility problem. There are no faults and it has the best hot chocolate in the city centre!"

"This place is excellent,! great service, great eating, amazing worth. even though the prices were very modest, the waitress was really good and made sure we were satisfied with the meal. they made an individual eating for my child. there is a city parking space 5 minutes away, and this part of southampton felt a bit rough. so they take the precautions they would take in every big city center, but it is worth it!"
