First time we have been to Truffles and we were pleasantly surprised. Lovely meal in pleasant surroundings. Pretty good service considering front of house was one lady on her own coping with a full restaurant. However that made for a relaxing evening. My husband and I both had the beef and whilst his was cooked well mine was very dry, when we pointed this out the waitress asked if we wanted more gravy! We asked for a new piece of beef, 20 minutes later a new piece was brought out that was just as dry. By this point my husband had finished and I wanted to go home. read more.
