I was pleasantly surprised by Peppers restaurant. I had always seen it around but never had the chance to try it out. The atmosphere was great - similar to other bars in Fargo with lively regulars, popcorn on the floor, and paper menus. It felt like home. However, the food was the real highlight. Sorry to say but the dining experience was terrible! I never leave bad reviews- this restaurant shouldn?t even be in business! Server was new- understandable- but never checked to see how the food was. Drinks were wrong. Not what we ordered. Food was small portions. Chicken wing were tough. Appetizers were very salty. Just bad. Wasted $75 on a horrible meal for 3. Super disappointed!!! View all feedback.
I went during a Saturday afternoon and the place was surprisingly empty during football season. The hamburger was sort of tough. There are some tables that speakers are pointing at and the sound is loud. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Everything about this place is hands down fantastic!!!!! The bartender Tank... is the BEST EVER! Definitely a must go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I am part of a small group from Shanley Class of ‘65 that meets every other week to solve the world’s problems, reminisce about our youth and just laugh. Last night we were at Pepper’s. Everyone had an excellent meal (the Rueben wraps are amazing! . Louis, our server was personable and prompt. In addition, we could actually carry on a conversation and hear each other because of the dining room set up. I’m sure we’ll be back! Parking: Easy access right off of University Drive with a quick walk to the front door.
Great service huge beers and fall off the bone melt in your mouth ribs, my new go to bbq joint.
The new menu and chow is FANTASTIC! Ya gotta have the best smoked meats in town! The best from the Canadian border to Kansas City!
