ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Placed an order (30min wait time) and waited over an hour so we called. We were told that they never received it. False... we received confirmation. They called us back after another 30 mins (it has now been 1.5 hours after placing our order) and said that there was a mistake on their end and our order was accidentally cancelled.
