Great location with friendly staff. Love the coupons and birthday offer options they offer via email. Definitely miss this at St. Francis Hospital but I hope they keep this mall location and expand to other malls in the CT area since they are better than Panera. Keep up the fresh goodies and clean location here at Westfarms. Been coming for years and plan to as well. View all feedback.
What Moustapha Ba doesn't like about Au Bon Pain:
It's 1:30 PM, and the restaurant staff seems to be just hanging around while the trash bins are overflowing. It would only take a minute to empty them. The bathroom is also blocked—what's the reason for that? If the bathroom is going to be out of order, you might as well close the place down. The staff could be a lot friendlier too! Delicious soups, particularly the New England clam chowder!
Unfortunately, we've attempted to visit twice in the last couple of weeks, but both times they were closed before 6:00 PM.

I stopped by for a quick bite during the dinner break. There was one customer ahead of me, making a total of three people in the restaurant. Two men were working behind the counter, and they didn’t seem to notice us. While we waited, we took the chance to look around, and what we saw was quite disappointing—there were food spills and a general sense of disorganization. A few of the display cases were empty and unclean. After about six minutes of watching the two young men casually move about behind the counter while ignoring us, we decided to leave.
Regrettably, we've attempted to visit the restaurant twice in the past few weeks, but both times they were closed before 6 PM.
