"Manager choses to randomly close the dining area forcing a dozen or so patrons who are waiting to see relatives in the ICU out into the freezing cold. Why? To clean? Sanitize? NO. So she can then callously video those she kicked out standing in the chill of the hospital entry and share the video on social media. She must be so proud. When questioned, the manager claimed she was following COVID Rules. Hospital staff unable to do anything since this is a CORPORATE OWNED LEASED location. The Dining area remained EMPTY and UNUSED for HOURS afterwards. What are they thinking? There are dozens of ways to maintain Covid safety protocols. This is a serious overreach that doesn 't make a shred of sense. Saturday Nov 27, 2021 after 4 pm."
