Zupas is a great place to eat, whichever location you end up at. Adam at the Farmington location was great and so nice when we asked for a change with our sandwich. Sorry to say that my protein bowl was filled with limp slightly soggy greens, and half the tables and booths were dirty or had dishes still on them. The floors and drink station were messy and dirty as well. There were 6 workers behind prepping food, but service was very slow.
