I had an issue with redeeming a gift card that was gifted to me from a company Christmas party. It was brought to the owner's attention (Chad). He quickly resolved the issue, unfortunately I still had to come out of pocket for the cost of the tab (update to their system was the issue). He did offer to make it up with the same amount for free bowling. Which did save the experience. Good drinks and Good service. View all feedback.
The Reno to the non-toured tracks is FANTASTIC!! Food is still moderate, but the energy during the sports games is perfect. So many TVs!! Service has improved.....
