Overall, I was very happy with our take-out experience from the sandwich shop. I know they're a national chain, but the crew we've been treating has taken care of us very well. I am much more familiar with other national chain sandwich shops. I like the difference in Jimmy John's bread's chewiness. I also know they sell sandwiches with the fixing set. View all feedback.

Horrible front cashier experience today at lunch, young gal took our order; didn't wait for us to order; always interrupted us, pretty much made the decision for us, could bearly hear her. While she was bagging previous sandwiches, she was practically throwing the subs into the bags, while our order came up she threw the subs on the counter?!?!
