on Christmas eve, I was short on my order. I had ordered two meals and other items from the menu. I called the restaurant to let her know that I was not given any of my fries for my meal. I'm not sure if the person who answered the phone was a manager, but he said he could replace the article. I asked for his name, he gave his name at the beginning of the call.
