The restaurant had a nice vibe, was relaxed and the waiting staff was friendly. The service was a bit slow at times and we had different waiting staff come to the table. We got given a menu for dessert but then no one came back to see if we wanted dessert. The food was good. My partner said the burger was one of the best burgers he's had. View all feedback.

Nicer ambience than the Guildford branch. Staff friendly (although I question whether 6 of the 7 waiting staff were genuinely exempt from mask wearing). But prices, like so many places now, are just astronomical. And 12.5% service charge may be normal in some parts of the world but simply not reasonable in the UK. Will think twice before returning. Our first bill experience; really excellent. amazing imaginative menu, icy to die for and edible blument pots for pudding. main food was well cooked and delicious. fischburger is a must for every fish n chips fan. large service that is lifted from a perfect family meal
Apart from the necessity of a new table, since the top is not at the bottom (! it is a nice place to eat. there are a few times for brunch and they are super good and careful about allergies. good, friendly and professional service.
We had a nice evening celebrating birthday. the staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Not the biggest eating the world, but price for quality. I started with crispy calamari, which was beautiful before I was on an 8oz sirloin, rare. but it was a bit hard to eat. for about £13, what can they expect. my partner had psychic she said something was overwhelmed. my only complain, and it's just a bugbear of me, is a 12.5% service fee. I'd rather choose how much I'd tap!
Beautiful staff! amazing coffee! always great for a cocktail and the seasonal menu is good. love the garden top or pancakes to the breakfast!
I had a solo dinner this evening. The menu has changed and they did not have the halloumi burger I used to love; That said, I had a 2 course meal which was great value and delicious. Quality decor and environment. Lovely and friendly staff. Includes the manager and Maddy who served me. Great service...thank you
