What SueG likes about The Royal Oak:
love to support our local pub. food very good, plenty of choice and well cooked. ambience good, sadly the waitresses were a bit slow and didn't really know if there were any specials or anything....bit too busy talking to each other as it was a slow day. but would happily dine there again anytime. What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about The Royal Oak:
The Sunday roast was quite average, lacked seasoning and the beef was very fatty. Service was good and staff very friendly. Would give them another chance but wasn’t blown away. View all feedback.

Haven’t been to The Royal Oak for Sunday Lunch since Lockdown, forgot how amazing the food is and always helpful polite staff.

Very enjoyable and good roast, only complaint was the roast potatoes were hard
