Chinese new year 2022. the restaurant was packed (with East Asia, also to myself, which is always a good sign) but the compromise between service and quality of food. it was so tasty, fresh, and the tee and scurry were regularly refreshed. great menu. not huge, but had everything we wanted, and some new things we had not tried before. they even grabbed my rest until home. What Faye Y doesn't like about Malacca:
Food is not bad, though with a name like Malacca, their Malaysian dishes of sambal prawn and mee goreng were kind of bland. The restaurant while clean and pleasant to sit in could really do with some soft fabrics/sound dampening. The all tile/hard surfaces really made all the voices amplified and it was louder than being in a Karaoke lounge. Impossible to hear myself, much less other people at my table. View all feedback.
We met friends here to catch the other day. was not for a few years and were pleasantly surprised that the service and courtesy were still so good. the food was excellent and there was an extensive menu. it was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night and due to the acoustic quality of the room, therefore loud. but despite the employment we were not rushed through our meal.

OMG! This is the tastiest meal i have had in a long time. I was craving 'clean ' but flavourful food this evening and my goodness, have i got what i wanted. I chose Thai seafood dishes and ate with my eyes closed half the time to fully appreciate the experience. (try it sometime . Great friendly service, great value, and the best food. I wish this restaurant was in my home town. But I 'll be back for sure...
Even though it was busy the food came out hot and very tasty. The service was very good considering they were full, there wasn't a spare table left in the room. I would recommend this place 100
Excellent place, tucked out of the way in suburban FARNBROUGH. Colourful and fresh food, very tasty. Efficient service.
