Simply delicious! Admittedly I was sceptical when I saw the name. Really? Best chocolate cake in the world? Well. It is pretty darn good. Light, with just the amount of 'crisp ' from the meringue yet soft and melty in the mouth. Just the right balance of texture and flavour. I definitely prefer the bittersweet version. If it was a little bit darker (more bitter) it would be even more amazing! View all feedback.
