This is the best shrimp and greens I have ever tasted. I would give 6 stars if I could. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. Definitely worth a visit if you have never been here before. View all feedback.
What Maison Nipa doesn't like about Cedar River Seafood:
This place is so nostalgic for me but over time the food became worse and staff is low. Over all I would not list this place to eat if someone asked me where they should eat at on the island. View all feedback.
Real seafood place eat for friends and family, where they can crab and eat seafood, but not a selfie spot. friendly staff and cheap price tag for beer and wine.
This would not have been a place we would normally choose to dine in but it was our first night in Fernandina Beach after an 11 hour drive and we were too tired to drive around and look for better options. The ambience is one step above a fast food joint and the food seemed like it was your run of the mill frozen and thawed seafood that you could get in the Midwest rather than on the beach. Service was good and some of the food was tasty. It was very overpriced and they were a bit skimpy on the portion size. If you aren't to tired, I would skip this place.
I looked up top 5 seafood restaurants in the area and this didn't disappoint. The food was AMAZING. So good that we went back 2 days in a row. We got seated right away, the wait staff was SO nice, even though they were busy. We ordered the trio platter to share between the two of us and it was perfect.
Very unprofessional. I sat down and the waitress was very rude and prejudice. She was rushing me to order. The manager on duty saying that they were short staffed. That's no excuse for being nasty and unprofessional. The table was wet sticky and nasty just like their attitude. Roaches crawling on the table
We have come here at least once a year with my daughters family for the last 4 years!!! Best crab legs and lobster tails around!
