Told them I was lactose intolerant and wanted to know if raging Cajun had dairy in it. The waitress said she asked the chef if it did he said no. It comes out with a reddish white sauce still they insist that it's not dairy it's hot sauce. They bring out the jars with the ingredient list and it says milk in the rub and sauce.
