Tasty take out, first time getting Mongolian beef and was not disappointed. Family also ordered Chicken and broccoli, Mala tofu (which was very spicy but in a good way) and Hot n Sour soup. We ended up spending a bit more than normal but worth every penny. Conveniently ordered online then picked up. Vegetarian options: Mala tofu and mixed vegetable plates Parking: Large strip mall with plenty of parking View all feedback.
Fantastic customer service and the food is always delicious!
Best Chinese food I've had in years! Everything tasted so fresh and delicous, and they gave good sized portions. The woman who took my order was so nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and super easy for a tourist to find. Definitely coming back. I cannot speak highly enough about them ?
I had a large party of 18 to feed and they were so friendly and accommodating fixing us large trays of food. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Customer service was top notch. If you are visiting Amelia Island I highly recommend visiting the Lucky
This is the restaurant I would recommend to all of my friends. The owner is very friendly and this is the best service restaurant I have ever been to. The Mongolian beef is way more than good taste. Sooo Good!!! Everyone please try the mongolian beef ∇
Ordered a delivery order from Lucky Wok. Was told by the lady on the phone the order would take 30 minutes to be delivered. An hour passed , still no order.. I call the restaurant to see if my food was ever on the way. I'm constantly put on hold to see where the order is. After about 15 extra minutes , I proceeded to just tell them to send over a refund and keep the order. They didn't want to give me a refund , just constantly kept asking could I give the driver 5 more minutes. I said No. Just please send over the refund. Refund is sent. Delivery driver finally arrives. I told the delivery driver I already received a refund so he can just take the food. He got upset stating he was on time and maybe the caller was confused. I told him I understand all of that but I still dont want the food. The food is most likely cold now and everybody knows Chinese food is only good when hot. He stormed off, blurting out curse words. I just proceeded to close my door. I've previously had a bad experience with the food from this restaurant but I decided to give them another try , figuring maybe they just were having an off day. But after today , I will no longer be patronizing Lucky Wok. People should learn to be honest. If you are busy , say that. If delivery is an hour or more , say that. But don't be so anxious to make a quick buck to the point you're inconveniencing others.
