The Surf - Feedback

Located in a convenient location with a great selection of drinks, this restaurant offers limited vegan options. While the Beyond Burger is no longer available, the jackfruit tacos were disappointing as they mainly consisted of yellow bell pepper, pineapple, onions, and seasoning over lettuce. Despite the lack of jackfruit, the flavors were enjoyable. The noodle bowl, while salty, was decent without meat, and the edamame appetizer was surprisingly tasty. The veggie burger was essentially a Portobello sandwich with cabbage, missing the promised avocado. While the food may not be exceptional, the restaurant does offer a variety of vegan smoothies and açaí dishes at their small café. Overall, the food was mediocre but the location and drinks may warrant a return visit, on average, the rating for The Surf is 2.5.
