"Came here on a Tuesday night and it was so much fun! A great night of music, dance, good company, all singing in the bar, singing together and enjoying the atmosphere, not on their phone. Great drinks. A fantastic time everywhere!"

"Hidden away on the corner of Rich Lane sits this bar come coffee shop. The barista seemed pretty passionate about his brews so he gave me a double shot in a small cup which hit the mark for me. Very smooth earthy flavors no bitterness."

"I ordered a burger online at the Banyo store, and when I went to pick it up I forgot a face mask at home. I waited at the entrance for a few seconds for someone to see me. When the lady at the checkout looked at me, I showed her an order confirmation on my phone. I apologized for forgetting a mask straight away and said that I can pay and wait for my order outside. However the lady didn 't respond to any of my questions, instead she said a phrase mask is required 5 times. After that I said Sorry, then cancel my order and walked away. I know that according to QLD Health regulations a person needs a face mask in order to dine in, and this is why I said that I can pay and wait outside (I ordered a burger for takeaway online prior to coming to the store). I left a review on Google, and a few minutes later got an angry response from the manager of the Banyo store Kirsten accusing me of pushing a phone in the girl’s at the checkout face and getting agitated . I wasn’t rude at any point of time, because it wasn’t the girl’s fault that the manager didn’t explain her the latest QLD Health regulations and what is allowed and what isn’t. I showed the lady my order confirmation (didn 't push it in her face as the manager of the store said). Also I didn 't get agitated and was polite at all times. I started by apologizing for forgetting the face mask, and also apologized when I asked to cancel my order. I’ve sent an email to the chain’s feedback email, but so far they couldn’t give any meaningful reply. It wasn’t a big deal to me, but the store manager’s (Kirsten) angry reply to my Google review and her choice of words when she accused me of being rude and pushing my phone in someone’s face made me escalate this incident to the chain’s contact centre."
