We dropped into this routine-looking trattoria not expecting to like it, because we were exhausted from sighseeing. What a happy surprise! Heavenly lasagna and tiara missou. Mid-way between the Duomo and the Bargelolo, it makes a convenient restaurant break. Go there. What tstackett doesn't like about Caffe' Bigallo:
The food was lovely. Half way into our meal, a woman entered that claimed to be the owner. She was American, as were we, and disrupted our meal throughout. She appeared friendly but kept getting more aggressive and talked to us throughout our meal. The waitstaff appeared apologetic.
