This restaurant needs a higher rating than 4.2!!! Their sushi was AMAZING and I’ve had my share of sushi and my husband and I looked at each other and said this is actually the best sushi place we’ve ever been to! Staff was kind and quick service View all feedback.

The food is great. The costumer service is NOT! Sometimes they just won’t answer the phone. Other times I’ve called and they said “nope. We are too busy for take out orders right now. Call back in 2 hours” suuuper unpredictable. We have so many amazing restaurants in Flagstaff, I wish we had some other sushi options… karma has zero competition and really doesn’t care about making you happy as a costumer. View all feedback.
