Had a great experience here on Friday. Surprisingly we had no waiting time and sat immediately (if we were lucky). Our server was very friendly and attentive and even raised me over ranch with mozzarella sticks in contrast to the typical Marinara sauce. Our glasses remained empty, even after they had asked for refills many times. The waitress seems overwhelmed and unable to handle her tables. The manager asked her a few times if she was okay and she said she was. But he never appeared to help. What a terrible customer service this place has.
