Snapper Jacks - Folly Beach

Eating was okay, definitely cooking the sushi or the shrimp if you want something worth the price. Our server was terrible! She ignored us all night and didn't bring us anything we asked for three times. She had an attitude all night! The ambience was typical of a seafood connection on the water, we sat inside, but I'm sure on a beautiful day it would be fun to sit on the roof for a drink. Not recommended!!

The roof was just drinks... that was a bit disappointing. The rest of the visit was great. The view from the roof is beautiful, we started with drinks there and then went back to the first floor for dinner and more drinks. Mahi was so good, crab legs, oysters and Cole Slav. All tasteful and fresh. The service was slower than other places, but was friendly and efficient.

FIsh and chips were okay, but very greasy with not completely cooked breading. Flavor of the fish itself was fairly bland. Fries were fine and the hushpuppies were good.Margaritas: pass on the mango Margaritas. Tart and slightly sour on rocks (was not given a choice of frozen or over ice. Happy hour beer prices were fine for the area.Service: Our server, Madeleine, was fantastic! Very attentive to our table and ensured our drinks were topped up.Overall I would recommend this place for drinks and an app especially the rooftop bar area. Food is average at best and there is definitely better food nearby.

Meh the food was acceptable, the service was less than. To be fair, we were there last week so it was off season, and maybe there is more of a local knowledge that we are not aware of, but if your online menu says sushi, don't look at us like we are insane when we ask for a sushi menu.The waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for a minute to regroup and booked it back to the kitchen. The person at the front desk was new, so she wasn't sure if we could eat upstairs on the deck or not, which is fine, but has trouble finding anyone to ask other than the bartender who wouldn't stop talking to the two girls at the bar long enough to give her the time of day.There are too many options to waste your time here.

Great service! The place has a very small menu but also a great selection. We tried the snapper sandwich and the big fish sandwich. Both were great and very well seasoned. It’s a really fun place for a quick bite and a drink. Wait times for lunch were not terrible. Food came out quick and the server was very attentive to us. Would come back for sure!
