"I was there september 2019, was before the fire! always be my first top list of real michelin restaurant in the world, old style but excellent one. stay at the traube tonbach for two nights and take a walk along the river and village in the black forest nearby. the autum venison with chanterelle and other wild mushroom was exquisite. their selection of vieux fromage are immense with quality. nothing fancy but classy with their esteem! always in my top list after my alcase trip and baden baden."

"This lovely coffee house has amazing coffee as well as a large and beautiful assortment of pastries. However, we were there for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The eggs and bacon came with he bacon cooked into and under the eggs! Croissants were perfect, light flakey and warm. The service was friendly and prompt. When we return to Baden Baden, we will definitely eat there again!"

"L'anno scorso siamo andati per la prima volta in questo Ristorante con al centro gli Spätzle offerti in tutte le salse. Siamo tornati per amore di mia moglie che da Italiana si è innamorata tanto negli Spätzle che si è pure comprata l'attrezzatura per farli. Per me che sono vegano una sfida. Ma per amore.. comunque mia moglie ha mangiato gli Spätzle con arrosto di maiale e cipolla, il tutto accompagnato da un'insalata alla tedesca (quindi con lo iogurt) e una media alla spina. Tutto preparato bene e con gusto. Alla fine si è fatto vivo anche lo chef, segno del contatto diretto con il cliente che qua si cerca.Possiamo consigliare questo posto a che abbia la voglia di mangiare dei piatti tipici tedeschi che sanno accarezzare anche un palato italiano."
