"One the best meals I have had! Everything was great. Oysters were delicious! Best ever. Service was great! Only complaint was it was so many people inside waiting to be seat and standing around bar the waitress couldnt get thru crowd. You couldn't get thru to the restrooms and it was very hard to make your way to the door to leave. I think this is a safety hazard and probably a fire hazard. Doors blocked with people. Maybe they need to wait outside to be seated. It would make things a little safer or pleasant."

"I'm from a big city and sushi is one of our favorites. For my son's birthday; he wanted sushi and a friend recommended Sawa. I ate the child size chicken hibachi, which was very filling. My son chose the Georgia Roll, Rainbow Roll and a Philly Roll. He truly enjoyed his meal. We also had a boba drink. I chose the milk tea and he chose the Thai tea. The food was delicious, portions surprisingly large and all in all my son had a wonderful birthday dinner. The staff brought him a complimentary mochi. We sang happy birthday along with half of the restaurant. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate a teenager's birthday (and have leftovers for the next day). There was a mistake with the kitchen and the customer service of the manager was really great while the kitchen staff were working through it. Thank you guys for 5 star service! ? ?"

"Had only one of the worst experiences here tonight. I got some stuff for a customer. I waited in the line felt very unpleasant. I got a humble look from those hired. then I came into the window to get my customers food that the employee gave me a problem because I wanted a bag. the cookie sticker has not closed properly. After they finally gave me a bag and said, "We shouldn't give them out. Why not? after he gave me the bag. I said I had a nice night. the hired said nothing back and gave me a fraudulent smile. the first time I've ever been here and won't go back. had an extremely unpleasant feeling at this place of business. please do them better and serve all customers with excellent service."

"Arrive sat. No menus given, waited to think they would bring chips/salas w/menus. Chips/Salas, no menus. Wait 11 minutes, then I approached the manager. He apologised and had no explanation when I questioned his personal behaviour. This is the third time that I started and noticed how the staff treated BLACKS. I'm not going back. If you are black, take your business elsewhere."
