As a native Louisianian, I have enjoyed Cajun food for most of my life. To call Doe Belly 's a Cajun restaurant is complete misnomer. My wife had what was listed on the menu as Shrimp Etouffee and I had the Chicken/Sausage Jamablay (misspelled).
