"I will say, that this was my first experience eating Thai food. I can?t compare to anywhere else, but I have great things to say about the customer service and their staff were a delight. Everyone was working hard, polite, and prompt. Their salad was DevineI couldn?t get enough of it, and my husband liked their soup. BUT, their fried rice tasted like wet dog, I?ve never consideredspitting food out, but that about made me do so. They did take that off our bill which was great! We had their fried NinjaSushi, my husband liked them. I felt that their portions were too big for a bite size. Their California rolls were good. We didhave those deep fried. Their hibachi chicken tasted like bland chicken dipped in sauce, but my husband thought it was good. Thefood Overall was presented beautifully, but it was not our cup of tea. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff exceeded ourexpectations, but we are considered food critiques. We left full, but I don?t see myself returning to try it a second time."

"This place gets very busy, so go early, 5pm unless you want to wait awhile. Bar was 2 deep, so bartenders must be popular! Also, this restaurant is LOUD! So, if looking for dinner conversation with others, be warned. Food is delicious! We had starts of pimento and hummus, and salad before. Pimento and hummus is sharable for 2-4 people. I ordered the special of stuffed trout with chorizo and crab. It was good, but wish I'd ordered the salmon instead after seeing it. Also, ordered the sea bass, but due to supply it is actually halibut, however, cooked the same. . Split a slice of coconut pie after, and it was sweet, and with Graham cracker crust. It was wonderful!"

"El Fenix has consistently good food, and the Mesquite location has the best, most friendly service of all! Servers are always so friendly and nice. Their chips and salsa are legendary--that's why they sell them at the checkout. Enchilada special on Wednesdays comes out fast and hot. Always a treat to eat here!"

"The food was great and tasted very fresh and authentic. Not commercial and generic tasting like the chains sometimes are. Our server was excellent and efficient. The place is bigger and nicer in the inside than you would imagine from looking at the restaurant sign."

"Took my son one day after school since he wanted a burger and a shake. Have always driven by and finally got to try it. I just got the classic burger without bacon. It was basically meat, cheese, sauce and onions, no lettuce or tomatoes which was fine. The burger was a double patty and was very tasty. The fries were well seasoned. I got the chocolate shake with a $2 upgrade with the meal and my son got the kids vanilla shake. The chocolate shake tasted like it had chocolate syrup added to it as opposed to chocolate ice cream, but I could be wrong. It was very good and perfect for dunking fries in (Yes, I'm that person that dips fries into chocolate shames! My son got to play on the playground while I sat under the covered patio. Overall good experience and not overly crowded on a Thursday afternoon."
