We've visited this restaurant several times, and it has consistently been outstanding. The food and service are both top-notch every time. What Dino Catozzo doesn't like about Canyon:
Cool atmosphere. The private room for a corp event was very cool. Bartender Jose was fantastic. Service friendly. But the food was average at best. Small overcooked scallops on top of fake risotto (just rice)?! Overpriced. Limited menu. Don’t go outta of your way for this place View all feedback.
In the new room ate and felt that there was no character for the room. Eat and drink very good and service was excellent.

Went with friends. First time back since recent renovation. Food was great. Service was exceptional with Melia.
Only thing that was disappointing was the Roasted Pear Salad had only tiny bits of pear. The Elote, while great tasting would have been better off the cob and mixed with the other ingredients. Everything else was delicious. Service was fabulous.
Canyon is always a great choice! The menu is so varied that there’s something for everyone and I always find something I haven’t had before.
