Awful experience. Since they started offering more coffee and breakfast sandwiches, their donut selection has really declined. I tried visiting three different locations, and I still couldn't find a single glazed donut—not because they had sold out, but because they simply didn't have any available. View all feedback.
2 avocado toasts with bacon and iced latte for 13$. Bacon was just there in traces amount and waited for my coffee 20 minutes., afterr they managed to finally give me the elaborately spreaded guac on a slice of bread. Masterchef worthy dish. All together wasted 35 minutes of my life. No receipt and no f# #s were given. The only remarkable thing about the service were the oversized fake lashes of a stoned cashier girl. Now I know what's causing hurricanes. Girl....please try not to blink.
No matter what day or time it is Shay, Jazz and the entire staff are always pleasant. They are familiar with their customers and always know what we want before placing our order. The entire staff makes every visit a great experience because of their professionalism and friendly atmosphere.
Really disgusting, trashy and filthy location. NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM!! HOW ARE THE EMPLOYEES EVEN KEEPING THEIR HANDS CLEAN?? SO GROSS! I went May 18th so please check the bathroom check records and work through that issue. So terrible not to have soap. Such a cleanliness issue and staff did not care. IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION BUT THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL.
Huge line and only 1 person working. Losing clients.
Wish I could give 0 stars.. so, any time you go in, you wait at least 20min to get your coffee/food. There's always only 2 people working 1 cashier who has to make the coffee orders, and 1 person who has to make the food orders.. I do feel extremely bad that they're obviously understaffed and overwhelmed, but the 2 who are there don't even try to make it better for the customers or for themselves. They are not friendly, they just stare at you when you walk up to the cashier and wait for you to speak. I was there today at 10:05am, and I did not leave until 10:45 not an exaggeration. There were 4 people in front of me. As said previously, there's only 2 people working there so with a line full of people, the cashier decided to go next door to get himself a wrap. That was a whole 10 minutes that NOBODY was taken care of, and the 1 girl making food was literally too busy making food to take anybody's orders. THIS IS EVERY SINGLE DAY. It's always dirty, there's always food out of stock. At this point, I really don't understand why this location is even open. The few people who work there look homeless all the time, and they don't seem fit to work at a restaurant. I understand they're understaffed, but they could at least make a LITTLE effort to speed things up, they literally drag their feet and take 5 minutes for a cup of coffee, let alone having to slice a bagel and throw it in a toaster. Please close this location!
